Sorry it has been so long since the last post. Krysta and I talk about updating the blog more than we actually do, if that is worth anything. We have been busy with the kids and work. The last post showed a lot of snow, well that is all gone and I think spring is right around the corner. We cannot wait! They tell us that winters are not usually this cold in North Carolina. Though we would take these winters over a Utah winter anyday. We need to take advantage of our time here because it is quickly coming to an end. We will move to Utah the first part of June.
Ryan is now 1 year old. We cannot believe he has been with us for a year already. He is such a happy little boy and he and Natalie play so well together. I promise to post something in the next day or two with the typical first birthday events; eating cake, opening presents or playing with the boxes they were packaged in and leaving the presents aside.
I have been whining about not having something manly to do so I was happy to volunteer heading up the construstion of a trailer for the local scout troop. It is going to be a trailer decked out with all of the cooking essentials; griddles, oven, counter tops, cabinets. The problem is that we don't have any money. We have to make the trailer out of scrap metal and convert an old donated sail boat trailer into the vision of the scouts and their leaders. Oh well, it will work it just won't look pretty.
Here is a video that we thought shows Natalie and Ryan at their finest.

Ryan and Natalie had us in stitches during their laughing fest! What cuties. We are so dang excited to see you all this summer. Ryan sure is getting big. We look forward to the promised birthday post!
Pitching balls in a Sunday dress! Natalie could be pitching for the Yankees, no throwing like a girl for her. She brings her arm back and really chucks it.
What a contagious laugh! They make parenting look like fun.
