Here is "Frosting" the Snowman as Natalie so affectionately called him. Natalie said, "lets eat him when we are done because I love frosting." Maybe it was the m&m's we used for eyes and a mouth that got her excited about food.

Snow in NC
The news has been talking about snow for a few days now. I was not too hopeful since last time a snow storm hit the snow was melted in a few hours. It was like we were North Carlina natives because we fell into the fear of the BIG storm. Krysta talked to some of her friends and they told her that a few years ago when it snowed they were without power for 4 days. We ran out and bought propane for our camp stove along with matches and candles. We were ready for the worst. Well, the storm has now gone and nothing significant to report. Just lots of fun memories for the kids. Ryan has not been feeling the best so he couldn't go out and play with us. Next time big guy.
Here is a picture of me and Natalie getting ready to brave the elements.
Snow Angels are a must for little girls.
Natalie was brave enough to go down the hill all by herself. The snow was pretty crusty on top and so she would get some good speed by the time she made it to the bottom. We had an improvised tube; a pink swim tube with a plastic bag layed on top to fill the ring so her bum wouldn't drag in the snow.

And here is picture of Ryan, which is unrelated to anything pertaining to snow. I didn't want him to get his feelings hurt for not having any pictures of him on this post. What a handsome guy in his new church clothes.

That is quite a bit of snow. You were saying they may have to cancel church...did they? Adorable pictures and I agree with Ryan...do not ever send a new blog without some sort of picture of him. If he doesn't get his feelings hurt then I will.
Oh my goodness - Frosting the Snowman! That is so dang cute! She's a sweetheart.
